All translations are completed personally by Dr Mehdi Soodi or under his direct
supervision.

3. Submitting Documents
You must ensure that all documents supplied for translation are clear, complete,
legible, final versions, genuine and unaltered.
If a document is unclear or incomplete, we may request a higher-quality version or

• Urgent requests may attract an additional fee.
Invoices must be finalised within the stated timeframe.
No refunds are issued once translation work has commenced.

5. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates only and depend on document complexity, clarity,
volume and the availability of supporting information.
We will notify you if delays arise.
