Translation Process

  1. First, clients should scan their documents in high resolution, making sure that all text is legible and clear.
  2. Next, clients should ensure that any important names or spellings are provided in English, as this will help us to accurately translate the documents.
  3. Clients can then send the scanned documents to us by email or through our online portal, making sure to include their email and postal address so we can contact them about their translation.
  4. Once we receive the documents, we will send the client an invoice for the translation fee, which can be paid online or in person at our office.
  5. We will then begin working on the translation, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process.
  6. Once the translation is complete, we will send the client a scan of the translated document by email, so they can review it and provide any feedback or changes they require.
  7. If the client requires a paper copy of the translation, we can send it to them by post or arrange for them to collect it from our office.
  8. Finally, we will follow up with the client to ensure they are satisfied with the translation and address any concerns they may have. We also offer a free revision service within 14 days of delivery if there are any errors or inaccuracies in the translation.
