Price list

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality translations at reasonable rates. Our price list covers a wide range of official documents, including birth certificates, national ID cards, marriage certificates, property certificates, academic records, and transcripts. However, we understand that some clients may require translations for documents not listed on our price list.

If this is the case, we invite you to contact us directly to obtain a quote. Simply send us a scan of your document via email or discuss it with us over the phone, and we’ll provide you with a quote tailored to your specific needs.

Please note that our prices include normal postage, but do not include tracking. If you require express or registered postage service, there is an additional fee of $10. In addition, if you would like us to scan and email your translations as well as provide hard copies, there is a $10 surcharge per document. If you require a second copy of your translation at the time of the original translation, there is a $15 surcharge per document.

Lastly, please keep in mind that any extra copies requested after one week from the original translation will incur the full translation charge.   • If the document you wish to translate is not listed above, you can request a quote by sending a scan of the document via email or discussing it over the phone.
  • Normal postage of hard copies of translations is our complementary service if required.
  • Express/Registered post & handling fee is $10 extra.
  • Scanning and emailing my own translations as well as providing hard copies incurs a $10 surcharge per document.
  • Obtaining second copies at the time of the original translation incurs a $20 surcharge per document.
  • Extra copies after 14 days from the original translations will incur full translation charge.
